Transition Policy Committee Summaries of Findings

The findings below reflect the insights, experiences, and perspectives of community members who participated in the Wilson Transition Policy Committees. We are deeply grateful to these individuals for contributing their time to help ground Mayor-elect Wilson and his incoming Administration in community-informed perspectives on key issues. Through 18 Policy Committees, participants engaged in robust discussions to identify primary challenges, highlight what is working well, and surface key themes and opportunities across a range of topic areas. These efforts resulted in extensive and thoughtful documents, which have been made publicly available in full below.

These findings do not represent official positions, commitments, or policy decisions of the Wilson Administration. Rather, they represent the findings of conversations, discussions and time generously contributed by volunteer community members, gathered during the transition period to support a strong start on day one.
